Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Switzerland and selected European countries available during checkout.

The available shipping destinations displayed at checkout represent the countries to which we currently accept orders.

We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the future.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping: CHF 14.50

Free shipping: Available for eligible orders of CHF 100 or more.

The final shipping cost applicable to your destination will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery Times

Switzerland: approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch.

European destinations: approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch.

These delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the shipping carrier, destination, customs processing, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated during checkout.
